The SAVE OUR CULTURAL HERITAGE FOUNDATION is duly registered under Section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as a ‘Not for Profit Company’ with Registration No. CIT(EXEMPTION), DELHI/12AA/2020-21/A/10380. We have also received Provisional Approval for accepting donations under Section 80G (5) (vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, which allows donors to claim tax exemptions on their contributions. Upon making a donation, you will receive a tax exemption receipt under Section 80G (5) (vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
